Windows 3.1:

I. Download VI Phong Lan font:

1. Press and hold down the right button on the VI Phong Lan link above --> you will see a pop-up menu.
2. Choose Save This Link As ... from the pop-up menu --> you will see a File Selector dialog box.
3. Save the link in your local drive under Windows's SYSTEM directory: C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM/

II. Setup VI Phong Lan font for Windows:

1. Click on Control Panel icon from the Main Windows group.
2. Click on ABC Fonts to start Fonts Manager.
3. Click on Add... button from Fonts Manager
4. Select directory C:/WINDOW/SYSTEM/ --> you will see a list of fonts.
5. Select VI Phong Lan (true type) just by highlight it.
6. Click OK.

III. Configure Netscape using VI Phong Lan font:

1. From Options menu of Netscape, go to General Preferences.
2. Go to Fonts folder.
3. Make sure that For the Encoding is at Latin1.
4. Click on button Choose Font.. under Proportional Font (we don't use Fixed Font).
5. Choose VI Phong Lan font size 12.

Windows95:

I. Download VI Phong Lan font:

1. Click on the Vi Phong Lan link--> you will see a pop-up menu:  Save As...
2. Save "PhoLan95.exe" to directory:  c:\windows\fonts.

II. Setup VI Phong Lan font for Windows:

1. Use Windows Explorer to located file "Pholan95.exe" in saved directory (c:\windows\fonts).
2. Doubleclick on file to perform unzip (file Pholan1t.ttf will be unzipped to your c:\windows\fonts directory).
3. Delete "Pholan95.exe" from your hard drive.

III. Configure Netscape using VI Phong Lan font:

1. From Options menu of Netscape, go to General Preferences.  For newer version of Netscape (Ver. 4.02), Preferences is listed under Edit on menu bar.
2. Click on Appearance\Fonts... under Variable Width Font (Note: we don't use Fixed Width Font).
3. Choose VI Phong Lan font size 12.
